Once your session is booked, you receive a questionnaire. I read it and prepare around what you bring, so that we begin with some context already established.

Ninety minutes of direct work, seeing what is operating underneath the situation and shifting it. We may uncover the belief, doubt, self-concept or pattern that has been keeping something in place; clarify what you want and why it has not been moving; answer the questions you have been circling; and shape the practice or the decision and shift in how you are operating that makes sense for you from here.

Within three days, you receive a written synthesis of the crucial points from our session, together with the practices or the principles and next steps to carry forward.

For the seven days following our session, you have room to bring forward whatever emerges as you begin integrating the insights or applying the work. You may send up to three email check-ins for questions, clarification or just insights and reflections.

Something you have wanted for years that keeps arriving almost, and then not. The same ceiling in business, no matter what you change. The same dynamic returning in your relationships, with a different person each time. A recurring internal pattern, an important decision, a season of transition or expansion in your life or work. Or something that you have not yet found language for.

Your life, and yourself within it, seen from a perspective you could not access from inside the situation. What has been holding something in place, what you could not see from inside it, and what needs to change now, in how you are seeing it and in what you are doing.

Often this comes as a clear recognition about your identity, your assumptions, or the way you have been perceiving your reality. Things that were confusing before often become obvious once you can finally see them clearly.

And you leave with something tangible to work with long after the session itself: the synthesis, the framework, the practice, drawn from your own material.
